I’m a certified yoga teacher and sleep coach with 15 years of practice and a decade of teaching experience. Trained under experienced teachers across India, I blend Vinyasa, Classical Hatha, Restorative Yoga, and mobility training to create sessions that balance strength, flexibility, agility, and mindfulness.

Alongside yoga, I guide people in improving their sleep through simple, effective plans that combine traditional sleep coaching with Hatha Yoga. My aim is to help every student achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being..
